StrongHer Personal Training is founded by Pat Greaves, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant and AFAA group fitness trainer. She is also a professional WNBF all natural bodybuilder.

Pat has always viewed exercise as a necessary part of her life and understands the connection between fitness and healthy eating habits. Her passion is to help women over 30 feel empowered and reclaim their bodies through strength training and mindful eating.
